- Deskphone models often have steps to enable and disable features like Do Not Disturb. The 8x8 Support Website contains instructions for many phones including several Poly models.

- Administrators have the flexibility to set caller ID and blocking rules for each extension. Check out 8x8 Admin Console or Account Manager to select the options right for you.

- 8x8 Work Apps provide an easy-to-use visual log of caller information for users to access on their desktops or mobile devices. This includes caller information including name, if the caller is in your directory, and phone number.

- Eliminate your employees' names and extensions from being visible to callers by creating custom caller ID Information.

Active Directory Integration

Active Directory integrations enable more caller information to be displayed when an extension rings including name or department. This helps a call recipient to determine faster whether they want to answer the call or let it go to voicemail.

Blocking Adds Privacy and Productivity

Reduce spam and other types of non-productive calls by automatically blocking them before they reach a company extension. It can be done directly within the 8x8 Work for Desktop app or inside Admin Console or Account Manager.
