Multi-Site Support

Features

Auto-generated sites

When your business opens a new location, you can use 8x8 Configuration Manager to auto generate a "site". This helps you begin adding users and creating rules to manage the site right away. One 8x8 customer opened a new office based in Europe and was able to set up employees to use their phones in minutes.

Advanced call handling

Establish multi-site ring groups, advanced call routing paths and other details like how long a call will ring before it goes to voicemail or to another extension all from a single platform.

Manage properties for all sites and endpoints

Create standardized rules that apply to all offices such as main line Caller ID for each site. Rather than having to update administrative rules one office at a time, you can update them all at once. Also define properties such as calling country for multiple sites and uses in one place.

Choosing a solution isn't easy, that's where Adhesion comes in.

Do you have questions? Are you ready to get started?

The easiest way to get connected with us is to schedule a time that you already know is convenient for you, because let's face it, nobody likes the back and forth via email to find a time for a quick call or meeting. But if scheduling something on your own doesn't suit you then feel free to send us a message and we'll be in touch.
